SHIPPING POLICIES


DELIVERY TIMING
We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
When you choose the delivery option, packages are delivered Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM for residential address deliveries and 8AM to 5PM for commercial business address deliveries.
RUSH DELIVERY
Order placed before 3pm ET Mon-Fri Arrives next business day. Order placed after 3pm ET Mon-Fri or on weekends or holidays Arrives in 2 business. 
Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days for order processing.
Expedited delivery to rural and remote locations may require an additional 1-2 business days.
LOST PACKAGE
Although we will try our best to fix any shipping & delivery issue in a very rare case of missing package, unfortunately we are not responsible for any shipping accidents.

 



CANADA & OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
CANADA
Allow 14 business day.
We offer a free shipping over $99 on your entire order.
Shipping is charged at USPS weighted rate when your order doesn't meet a free shipping requirement.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Allow 14 business day.
Shipping is charged at USPS weighted rate for other international destinations.
Shipments to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa, and any P.O. boxes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Next Day delivery options are not available for these destinations.
