Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Enrolling in a subscription

By enrolling in a LAVIEN subscription, you authorize LAVIEN Inc. to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and interval shown at checkout, until you cancel. The LAVIEN Collagen Program subscription bills at $119.00 and ships every 4 weeks.

Renewal reminders

We send an email reminder before each renewal charge, to the email address used at checkout.

Changing or skipping an order

You can skip, delay, or change the delivery interval and shipping address of an upcoming order from your account, or by emailing hello@lavien.com. Changes must be made before the order is processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it follows the terms of our Returns and Refunds policy.

Cancelling

You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum number of orders. Cancel from your account, or email hello@lavien.com with the email address used at checkout.

Cancellation takes effect for future orders. To avoid being charged for the next box, cancel before that order is processed. Cancelling does not retroactively refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.

Failed payments

If a recurring charge is declined, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription may be paused or cancelled and that shipment will not be sent.

Price changes

If we change a subscription price, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies.

First-box satisfaction guarantee

Your first LAVIEN Collagen Program box, including a first box ordered as part of a subscription, is covered by our 35-day first-box satisfaction guarantee. See our Returns and Refunds policy for details. Submitting a guarantee claim does not automatically cancel your subscription.
